Thousands of protestors singing “Do You Hear The People Sing” in a Hong Kong international airport. This is part of a 3-day sit-in and is only one example of the many marches, rallies, and sit-ins that are occurring daily.

The people of Hong Kong are fighting. Please do not let their voices go unheard around the world.

Please listen, please pay attention. 💔💔 Thank you. 💕💕

I’m a native Hong Konger and thank you for circulating this video.

Our movement started in early June with two marches of million turnout. Govt. did nothing to address our demands of investigation of police brutality and retraction of “riot” charge, except the suspension of the extradition law where anyone in HK could be sent to China’s court then jail. We lost six lives who killed themselves due to desperation and hopelessness. Hundreds injured, teargased, shot with robber bullets and beaten up by batons. Hundreds arrested and charged as rioters. Two major attacks on civilians by the gangsters hired by CCP. Hundreds or even thousands police in disguise infiltrated our protests, inciting violence and chaos, pitting our protesters against civilians. Unknown number of CCP police crossed the border to illegally work as HK police assaulting protesters without respect to the protocol. State propaganda encourage the 1.4 billion population to hate HK people, now they want a bloodshed to kill our protesters all.

Airport is the last venue we feel safe to organise protests now. But it is again terrorised by violent acts of the police in disguise. Our protesters are exhausted and hopeless and in fear after being violently suppressed in the past two months. They’re carried away and joined in the violent acts. It’s is horribly tragic and heartbreaking for us to come to this, when for all our life, we are the most peaceful protesters, singing songs and chanting, marching. Like what you see in the video. Remember the memorable gif where ambulance passing through the crowds of million people? This is us. But CCP is manipulative and despicable, they keep testing our limits again and again, we are only flawed humans, we couldn’t stop anymore when violence takes place.

This is an SOS to the international society. Hong Kong is being terrorised, radicalised and marginalised. We don’t give in to authoritarian rule but we feel weak and hopeless now. Please spread this to more people. If we are dying, at least our sacrifices can wake up the world to the authoritarian rule of CCP.

The police was out of control on 7 July evening. They told the protesters to leave but at the same time surrounded them, making it difficult for the people to leave.

They used the baton and shield to beat the people, regardless who they were attacking, whether they are protesters, passerbys or journalists.

Here is a clip of how the police attacked the protesters even there was no resistance.

Photo: HK01, you can see the cops trying to beat the reporters

One journalist was accused of attacking an officer when he was pushed by the police and fell on the ground, luckily other journalists witnessed and shouted at the cops, asking them to arrest the accused journalist immediately if he did attacked. End up the cops back down and told the media to calm down.

Some of the cops even entered a MacDonald to beat and arrest anyone wearing black. There are people asking the restaurant to release their security camera clip to expose this but they received no response.

The situation is horrible, those who supposed to be protecting the citizens are now treating the citizens as their enemy, they do not follow the law (a cop yelled at the protesters, saying ’fight me if you dare’, there were policemen didn’t show their identities when they’re on duty, which is against the law)

There was a time when we were proud to say Hong Kong is one of the safest cities in the world, and now the police acting as the tool of the government to suppress unfavorable opinions.

You may see not see us on your local headlines anymore but Hong Kong people are still fighting!! Our people haven’t give up to injustice and brutality under the authoritarian rule that the capitalists in Wall Street are more than happy to do business with. Our people are going strong and standing up tall to what is wrong and cruel. Our people are unafraid of the batons and teargas. We are unafraid, we will not surrender but we don’t want to die quietly without waking up the world of the threat of this expanding authritarian regime.  If our people have to lose our freedom and autonomy eventually, please let our courage and dignity be remembered and World, please continue to fight the unfinished battle.

Happening right now in Hong Kong – the police is firing rubber bullets and using batons, pepper spray, tear gas and water cannons on peaceful protesters who took the streets to protest against the passing of a controversial law which would allow China to extradite people.

Protesters set up camps, gave out snacks and surgical masks before all of this started. Tanks are apparenrly out in the streets as well and people are being hurt as I write this, but they are not backing down.

Most of the protesters are young people, university students, even high schoolers.

The police are now stopping ambulances trying to help the injured and are taking people out of the ambulances and arresting them insteading of letting them get the help they need. This could cost people their lives, their vision (they aimed the rubber bullets in the heads of the protesters), etc. It’s like those police officers forgot what their jobs actually are and lost their humanity in the process.

The man covered in blood and lying on the floor in one of the photos above is a journalist and the police shot him in the head! The protesters moved to let the ambulance pass through and directed them to the man and let them pass to the hospital freely, clapping at the ambulance workers all the while. The man has since lost consciousness and his condition is reported as being serious.

Meanwhile, the police had since blocked other ambulance vehicles from passing through and arrested the injured.

A video of the journalist being shot was captured and is currently spreading on social media – in it, you can see that the man was just standing there and didn’t do anything to warrant being shot whatsoever.

Urgent medical supplies the protestors need:

This is today, 6/12/19. Please note that even though it’s posted by “one-time-I-dreamt” this is not a dream. This is actual news that is happening now, and searching Google for it (”china protest where can I help”) finds nothing on the first page about the violence the protesters are suffering, despite being covered in articles about the Hong Kong extradition protest.

Does anyone know where people in other countries can help? Is there an organized medical group working with this?

That’s a sign your government is filtering results. I’m in Canada and soon as I type in China protest all this and more comes up. As yet there is no clear agency organizing rescue and relief so how to help doesn’t bring up much. Generally speaking Red Cross is who usually organizes this kind of thing so contacting them about it is probably your best bet.

Unarmed peaceful protesters were brutally assaulted by police and then charged with incitement of riot. We HKers demand the Hong Kong government to retract the riot categorisation for more than a week. The Government not only didn’t respond to this demand but openly praised the police of diligently carrying out their duties. We will never surrender to violence and injustice. We have faith in humanity and the international society. Please spread the news and let more people know about what’s going on in Hong Kong. It will save us as long as you care. Thank you. Thank you so much.

Can someone add that GIF of them letting the ambulances through?

Hey Hongkonger here. You ask and you shall receive. Here is the ambulance crossing of the Red Sea gif.
